Sri Lanka will take on Bangladesh in the second T20I on Sunday, July 13. The hosts comprehensively beat the visitors in the first T20I on the back of openers Kusal Mendis and Pathum Nissanka's superb knocks. Another dominating performance in the second T20I will enable the island nation to secure a series win.
For Bangladesh, things are getting worse in the shortest format of the game. They still play old-school cricket in T20Is, which is not taking them anywhere. The lack of power hitters is hurting them the most. Barring skipper Litton Das, there is hardly any batter who can strike rate at over 150.

In the bowling also despite Hasaranga's absence the hosts' bowling looked potent with Theekshana leading the charge. The hosts are looking good to seal the series unless Bangladesh comes up with a spirited performance in the second T20I.
